Background
Andrew is a Learning Technologist within the Centre for Educational Development at Queens University since 2015 and contributes to the enhancement of teaching and learning through new development and implementation of eLearning tools and solutions.
He also studied Computer Science at Queens University graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities within the University
Assists with the design and implementation of eLearning tools and service
Provides technical advice and support in the planning of online educational activities related to distance learning resources
Work with staff to implement and support eLearning solutions for existing and new undergraduate and postgraduate courses
Provide specialist advice, training and support to staff in the principles, practice and delivery of eLearning
Design and create animation, images and video to assist eLearning
Professional and Personal Interests
Andrew is involved in several children’s summer camps and youth groups each year in his free time. He enjoys art and drawing, including the use of Photoshop and Illustrator to create animations.
