About each team
Qsis Support: Deals with any queries that clerical and administrative members of staff have with Qsis. They have a helpline for staff experiening difficulties which operates from 9-5 every day. They provide training for clerical staff who perform complex tasks relating to Qsis.
Qsis Governance: Administers monitors and reviews the Qsis Access given to members of staff. The Governance Team also invsitgate any issues people are having with their access. They ensure that personal sensitive data on Qsis is being processed and stored correctly under GDPR guidelines.
Qsis Business Systems ensure that all of the processes that allow Qsis to perform to the required standard. They manage and create reports which allow users to collect information on Qsis.
