Qsis Service Catalogue

Qsis Services is comprised of three teams: Qsis Support, Qsis Governance and Qsis Business Systems. Below you can find more information on the services the three teams jointly provide.

Service Desk

Qsis Services provides QUB staff with a single point of contact for all requests, incidents and changes to Qsis.  The service operates on ITIL principles.  All incidents and requests are logged and tracked by the Qsis Support Service Desk (x2884, studentsystemssupport@qub.ac.uk). Qsis Services also provides daily files that are used to create managment reports based on Qsis data.  Reports are created for Recruiting, Finance and Students.  Access to these reports are controlled by Admissions, Finance and Planning.  If you require access, contact Qsis Support who will direct you to the correct contact.
