Duration - More InformationWIP students will participate in a leadership and service development program, with the focus on a four-week intensive experience.
WIP is looking for future leaders from any year of study. People with passion, new ideas and approaches who want to write a better future for Northern Ireland and Ireland.
How to Apply
Application: The WIP application focuses on essay-style questions that encourage you to describe your leadership experience and service track record so far. There are four questions that are limited to 250 words or less. Applicants are also asked to outline their service commitments and leadership credentials.
Interview: Students participate in a formal, online interview in late January. Each student is interviewed individually by a panel. Each student is assessed based on their individual performance.

Cost DetailsWhile the Program is heavily subsidized by our generous supporters, WIP asks that our students make a £1,200/€1,350/$1,550 contribution towards their costs. Students will also need to pay an interview fee (currently $160) to the US Embassy to secure their visa.
