Thank you for completing the staff referral form. A member of the wellbeing team will make contact with the student and offer wellbeing support. 

The Student Wellbeing Service is available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and therefore the email account and referral forms are monitored only during this period. The Service closes on recognised public holidays and University Closure Days.

Please also consider other forms of support that may be appropriate:

SU Advice Drop-In Clinic

Money, housing, academic, funding, or disciplinary issues? SU Advice is here to help and is now offering 15-minute drop-in sessions to students on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11.30am – 2.00pm. No appointment is necessary. Email: su.advice@qub.ac.uk

Emergency support, Community & Campus Safety 

A serious incident (including ill health, physical or sexual assault, domestic violence, hate crime, etc.) you can report via the following options:
