Enhance the international student experience
Through communication and engagement with new and current students, these posts will be responsible for organising, delivering, and evaluating events and initiatives that align with the various stages of diverse international student journeys.

Help lead a student-led mental health campaign at Queen's: by students, for students.
Through a student-led committee, events, workshops, fundraisers, and social opportunities, Mind Your Mood is a powerful vehicle for change and discussion at Queen's.
We are recruiting 5 Mind Your Mood Coordinators for the 2022/23 academic year.

Help raise awareness of sexual consent and bystander interventions across the University
The university is committed to ensuring a safe campus for all. As part of this work, the Student Wellbeing Service is recruiting Consent Abassadors to assist in developing preventative initiatives to raise awareness of sexual consent and bystander interventions across the University.
We are recruiting 3 Consent Ambassadors for the 2022/23 academic year.
Important Notice for International Students
National Insurance Number
If you are creating a new QWork account, and do not currently have a National Insurance Number, you can add a Temporary number in format TN 010101 M ('TN' followed by your Date Of Birth, Male/Female).
Please visit NI Direct or Gov.uk on applying for a NI number. As soon as your NI number is available, please send it to QWorkAdmin@qub.ac.uk.
UK Bank Account
If you are an international student who does not yet have a UK bank account, you can proceed with your application and leave Step 3 (the part that asks for bank details) blank. This will allow you to apply for the job.
Whenever you do get a UK bank account, you will then need to log into QWork using the email address and password you registered with. This will bring you back to the incomplete profile, and you can add in your bank details then.
Please note that while it is fine for you to apply for the job without a bank account, if you are successful and are appointed to the role, you will not be able to complete any work until you have one.
