Key Dates for Undergraduate Entry 2019

May 2019

Examinations begin. Good luck!

1 May 2019

If UCAS receive all decisions from universities/colleges by 31 March, replies to any offers must be made by 1 May (unless you live outside the EU or are applying through Extra). If UCAS don't receive replies, they will decline the offers.

2 May 2019

For students who applied by 15 January and are waiting for decisions, universities and colleges need to send UCAS their decisions by this date. If they don't, UCAS will make any outstanding choices unsuccessful on their behalf.

May – June 2019

Check with GP about having vaccinations for meningitis/mumps, etc before going to university.

6 June 2019

The reply date for all offers if UCAS received decisions from universities/colleges by 2 May, If UCAS don't receive replies, they will decline the offers.

7 June 2019

Deadline for applications for the Vice-Chancellor's International Attainment Scholarship.

20 June 2019

The reply date for all offers if UCAS received decisions from universities/colleges by 6 June, If UCAS don't receive replies, they will decline the offers.

30 June 2019

Final deadline for all UCAS applications, subject to availability on courses. Any applications received after this date will be entered into Clearing.

Final deadline for International Students seeking an Early Bird Reward (10% off discount on gross fees exclusively for new students holding an unconditional offer and who pay fees in full, by 30 June 2019. May be used in conjunction with other scholarships)

July 2019

4 July 2019

This is the last date to apply through the UCAS Extra scheme.

5 July 2019

2019 entry Clearing opens.

International Baccalaureate results day.

11 July 2019

19 July 2019

If UCAS receive all decisions from universities/colleges by 12 July, replies to any offers must be made by 19 July (this includes applications through Extra). If UCAS don't receive replies, they will decline the offers.

15 August 2019

A level results are published. Clearing opens for unsuccessful applicants.

31 August 2019

Remaining offer conditions must be met and Adjustment ends.

September 2019

Welcome packs are sent out to those who have received confirmation of a place at Queen’s.

13-17 September 2019 (TBC)

This is the last date that UCAS will accept applications for courses starting in 2019.
