Accepted Course Change/No Reply

This means that you have been offered a different course than that to which you applied and that you have not yet responded to the offer. The course code and abbreviation listed are for the new course to which you have been accepted.

If you were CF at Queen's:

  • you will be able to see this information through your UCAS Track account along with the decision of your Insurance choice, if appropriate, and you will be given the option of accepting or declining this offer.

If you were CI at Queen's and:

  • your CF application is successful you will be placed at your CF choice and your CI changed course offer will lapse;
  • your CF application is unsuccessful, you will be able to see this information through your UCAS Track account and you will be given the option of accepting or declining this offer;
  • your CF application is also for a changed course, you will be able to see this information through your UCAS Hub account and you will be given the option of accepting or declining these offers.

It is essential for candidates who receive changed course offers (notified via their UCAS Hub account) to take the necessary action so that admissions papers can be dispatched if appropriate. If you fail to do so within a reasonable period, UCAS will decline the offer on your behalf.

Assuming that you accept the changed course offer you will be able to see this through your UCAS Hub account. It is essential that you follow the instructions to confirm with the University whether or not you intend to take up your place. If you decline the offer, you should understand that you will not be permitted to negotiate with other institutions in the UCAS system. Where offers are declined there is no guarantee of places being reinstated. The Admissions and Access Service does not acknowledge receipt of AS12 forms.

Candidates who are away from home in August may authorise someone to do this on their behalf.

Failure to respond promptly will delay the dispatch of your Welcome Letter.
