November 2025
STUDY ABROAD/EXCHANGE: APPLY FOR ACCOMMODATION
Students joining for Semester 2 through Study Abroad or Exchange can apply for Queen's accommodation during this window.
December 2025
PG JANUARY: APPLY FOR ACCOMMODATION
Postgraduate students starting in January can apply for Queen's accommodation during this window.
January start room offers sent
All applications received for a January start will receive a room offer by email before the Christmas closure period.
Pre-semester Welcome Programme
Welcome Events Are Now Open for Bookings. Join activities and events to meet new people and get involved in university life.
Enrolment & Registration
Nearly Time to Register with the University. Once you have accepted your offer to the course, you will be sent details regarding Enrolment & Registration. You can expect this to be issued to your personal email address throughout December.

January 2026
Airport Welcome
Staff will be there to meet you and direct you to the appropriate methods of transport.

Enrolment & Registration open in Meeting Room 1, One Elmwood.
STUDY ABROAD/EXCHANGE CONTRACTS START
Semester 2 Study Abroad and Exchange Accommodation Contracts start.
Classes begin
Please note that some classes start in the week commencing 12 or 19 January.
PG JANUARY: CONTRACTS START
Contract start dates vary by course. Students should ensure they have carefully reviewed the start date attached to their room offer and only plan to travel on or after this date. We are unable to facilitate early arrivals.
