Medical students from 1st year to F0 (assistantship) have the opportunity to spend time in General Practice. Every practice will find different ways to make the student GP attachments work – if you are new to hosting medical students, or are considering taking on a different year group and would like to talk more about how to make it work practically, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange a virtual visit. The curriculum and learning objectives for each stage in their undergraduate training ensure that by the end of medical school they have a broad understanding of the role of a GP and General Practice as a career option.
