The CED and Science Shop Green Impact Team would like to thank everyone who contributed to the collection for South Belfast Food Bank - all staff and students across various directorates and schools who donated the items, the porters who helped to transport the food to the warehouse and everyone who spread the word to make this project a success.

All together we got a whopping 397kg donated (286kg last year). We could not have done it without you. Thank you for supporting local people in crisis!

The CED and Science Shop Green Impact Team joined forces with staff and students in cleaning up the local area. The event, organised by the University's Carbon Management team, was agreat success, and the efforts were greatly appreciated by the local community.
