Equality screening of new and revised policies
In fulfilling the University's obligations under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998, the University's Equality Scheme includes a commitment to consult on the implementation of new and revised policies, as defined by the Equality Commission Northern Ireland, with regards to equality of opportunity and good relations.
The University would welcome your feedback in relation to the following equality screening exercise (Pilot Linguistic Residential Scheme). Consultees are requested to review the summary and Section 75 Screening Form below.

This screening and consultation exercise launched on Friday 13 May 2022 and will close on Friday 8 July 2022 at 5.00 pm.
This screening and consultation period is lasting for eight weeks, as per the University’s Equality Scheme (2018-2023) to allow adequate time for groups to consult amongst themselves as part of the process of forming a view and to enable the University to meet the required internal approval deadlines.
Please note that the Uiversity will not be responding to individual and/or organisational comments received either during or after the consultation period has closed.
