Connected Leaders
One of the key commitments in the People and Culture Plan is to grow and develop leadership capability at all levels. To enable this, the Leadership and Management Framework sets out clearly the responsibilities and behaviours involved in being a leader at Queen’s. The Framework underpins our leadership development opportunities, of which there are a suite of programmes, including the Connected Leaders programme.
The Connected leaders suite of programmes reflects our leadership levels 1 – 4.
They are separate, unrelated programmes targeted at staff at each of the levels. Rather than grade, our leadership levels focus on the reach of the work, and the scope of leadership responsibility and sphere of influence associated with the role.
- Connected leaders 1 - for leaders at level 1 of the leadership and management framework.
- Connected leaders 2 - for leaders at level 2 of the leadership and management framework.
- Connected leaders 3 - for leaders at level 3 of the leadership and management framework.
