Managing Your Library Account

Use the My Account facility on the Library Catalogue or Queen's Online to:

  • Check the due date of your loans
  • Renew your loans
  • View your current requests
  • View your current Inter-Library Loans (books only)
  • View and pay charges

 

Use ‘My Account’ to manage your loans and avoid unnecessary fines. To help you avoid fines, we aim to send students and staff an email alert before standard and 7 night items are due. Students and staff receive overdues, recalls, reminders and other messages via their Queen's email account, so check your email regularly. Other users will receive these notices in the email account they registered with.

 

If you have any problems with your Library account or emailed notices, contact us as soon as possible, and we will help to resolve them.
