The School provides opportunities for membership to a wide range of auditioned ensembles. These are directed by professional musicians from outside the School together with a member of academic staff. Ensembles have scheduled weekly rehearsals which are geared towards the development of skills and repertoire. Ensemble work is showcased in public concerts with most ensembles having one concert per semester scheduled in the Music @ Queen’s series in addition to events outside the University.
