By hosting an Employer Insight Visit, you get to shine a spotlight on what makes your organisation unique.
Offering insight into your culture, values, projects and staff roles in a real-life setting. It’s an excellent way to connect with future talent, and start relationships before formal recruitment begins.
Participating organisations can also gain a real insight into student motivations and priorities when it comes to career planning and what they are looking for in a graduate role.
