Details on how to submit your application are available at the bottom of the form. When submitting a paper copy by post, we recommend you take a copy for your records. 

If you are a new student starting Queen's in September, you will be invited to attend a support meeting with the key contact for care experienced students, Rhiannon McStocker. Instead of posting or emailing your application, you can take your completed application to your support meeting with them.
