Details on how to submit your application are available at the bottom of the form. When submitting a paper copy by post, we recommend you take a copy for your records. 

If you are a new student starting Queen's in September 2023, you will be invited to attend a support meeting with the key contact for care experienced students, Patricia Hampson. Instead of posting or emailing your application, you can take your completed application to your support meeting with Patricia.
