Moving the Dial on Mental Health.
This event will be facilitated by Mark Robson, noted BBC/ITV commentator who has his own story to tell about mental health. The panel will consist of internal and external speakers in mental health and movement, such as Dr. Shirley McCay OLY MBE, World Cup silver medalist and Olympian for Ireland in hockey, David Babington, Chief Executive Action Mental Health, Karl Oakes, Head of Sport at Queen's, Gift Sotonye-Frank, Lecturer in Law and keen runner; and Dr. Aisling Gough, a former Queen’s alumni, who you may know as the Healthy Little Lifter on Instagram, with over 150,000 followers, who is an expert on movement, diet and it’s importance to our mental health. We hope you can join us to hear these amazing speakers share their own stories and expertise on movement and mental health.
