In this workshop, you’ll read examples of such questions and practice answering them effectively. Prior to attending, think of real-life examples of how and when you’ve demonstrated teamwork and communication skills. 

Meet the consultant, Joan Connolly

Joan Connolly, Postgraduate Employability and Career Consultant at the Graduate School. Joan is a qualified Careers Adviser with over twenty years of relevant experience in Higher Education. She is also a qualified coach and Myers Briggs Practitioner Step I and II.  In her role, Joan develops and implements employability programmes to enhance students' personal and professional development. 

Prior to joining Queen’s, Joan worked in human resource management in the private sector, specialising in recruitment and selection.  Joan is a member of the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Service (AGCAS), Association of Higher Education Careers Services (AHECS) and the Association for Coaching (AC).
