🏡 Be a Good Neighbour 

St Patrick’s Day can be busy and lively, but it’s important to be mindful of those who live around you. 

• • Keep noise to a reasonable level, especially late at night
  • Avoid gatherings that will cause disruption in residential areas
  • Dispose of litter responsibly
  • Respect shared spaces and private property 

Remember, you are part of a diverse community. Being considerate helps strengthen the positive relationship between students and local residents.

🎓 Your Responsibilities as a Queen’s Student 

As a student at Queen’s, your conduct – both on and off campus – reflects on you and the University. The Student Charter sets out clear expectations around behaviour and mutual respect. 

It’s important to remember that misconduct, whether on or off campus, may have serious consequences. This can include disciplinary action that could affect your academic progress, your ability to graduate and even future career opportunities. 

Making good decisions protects not only yourself, but also your friends and the wider University community.

  • Stick with friends and look out for one another
  • Drink responsibly and know your limits
