The Academic CV allows researchers to complete their academic CV which is used by panels looking at promotion and confirmation in post.

The Academic CV is accessed from QoL and imports information from core systems:-

  • iTrent – personal information
  • Research Grants Database – project applications and awards information
  • QSIS – student supervision
  • Pure – publications and measures of esteem/activities

For use in promotion/confirmation in post a researcher also has to complete the ‘Applicant Statement’ – also made available via QoL

The Service is available to all authorised users on a 24 / 7 / 365 basis

The Service is supported from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, except for Public and agreed Queen’s holidays. Details of which can be found at http://www.qub.ac.uk/sites/StaffGateway/WorkingLife/Holidays/

During registration and periods where McClay Library is open 24 hrs

Queen’s IS Department has a standard response time to all Incidents & Requests (Available Separately). Any Incidents or Requests in relation to the Service will be responded to within the agreed timeframe. Please note that these response times refer to normal supported hours. 

Outside of the agreed service hours, the agreed escalation points are as follows:
