If you are coming to the end of your course at QUB, the below table outlines what you will lose access to and when you will it.
Please Note - There is a difference between Completed and Graduated. Graduated refers to the time period after your graduation date. Completion date refers to a time after your final term/exam term. If you are unsure if you have reached your completion date, you can log into QSIS and view your unofficial transcript. This should contain a completed column if you have completed your course which will contain the date. If there is no date you have not reached this point yet and it should state "Not Completed" beside your programme of study. Please also note that withdrawal can also refer to temporary withdrawals. Any placement years will count as years still active.
