Hard Rain are proud to present this recital in partnership with QUB School of Arts, English and Languages. Hear our two brilliant Featured Young Artists perform as soloists as well as joining forces for Arvo Pärt's landmark work Fratres.

February 8, 2024
Harty Room, Music Building
13:10 - 14:00

This year's Featured Young Artists are the talented harpist Rosie Murphy, who is currently studying classical music and sonology in The Hague Royal Conservatory. Alongside her is the equally accomplished violinist Samuel Kane, who is now in his final year of a Masters degree at the Royal Northern College of Music.
Their programme features a range of virtuosic solos and ends with a duo from one of the worlds best known contemporary composers. It features Irish music alongside international works from Lebanon, Slovenia and Estonia.
