Trajectories of Deprivation in the UK outputs
This page provides links to publications and also presentation slides.
There are several key publications which describe key elements of the project analyses - the main contributions in each case are detailed in brackets.

Local area deprivation reports
A key output from the project are reports on deprivation trajectories in local areas of the UK. These include all local authority districts (LAs) and also combined authorities (CAs).
The reports for the English Indices of Deprivation (2004 to 2025 inclusive) are now available. Examples for Greater Manchester and Greater London are provided below. The reports for all LAs will be made available soon via this page. If you require one now please email c.lloyd@qub.ac.uk. Reports for other CAs can be provided on request. The corresponding data will be available soon via the Data page.

Presentations
Below are slides from recent presentations on the research.
RGS-IBG Geography in practice webinar: Thursday 6th November 2025. The recording is available here. This presentation is an update (adding IoD 2025) of that provided as a part of the ONS Local series on 16th October and these slides should be referred to instead of the earlier slides in which IoD 2019 was the most recent included.
