  • INSPIRE SUPPORT HUB-ONLINE RESOURCES

The Inspire Support Hub, available exclusively to employees, provides self-help courses and online resources covering a vast array of mental health and wellbeing topics.   The monthly help sheets, written by in house clinicians, are continually uploaded to the site meaning the range of information is always expanding.

Those who may not be comfortable discussing their issues with a telephone advisor may feel happier accessing information via the website, particularly if it is of a sensitive nature. You can either use the site on a stand-alone basis, or to gather information to better understand an issue before discussing it with an advisor.

You can access these resources at www.inspiresupporthub.org

When signing up to the Hub for the first time use the unique PIN QUBSTAFF and follow the steps.
