The Covid Recovery - Employment and Skills Initiative within the arts sector is being rolled out resulting in 72 new fully-funded fixed term entry level work opportunities across the arts and creative industries.

Among the new roles, currently being curated into MyFuture, include opportunities within The Lyric Theatre, Golden Thread Gallery, Newcastle Community Cinema, Cinemagic, Strand Arts Centre and Theatre and Dance NI.

The Covid Recovery - Employment and Skills Initiative aims to provide support for individuals to enter into the Arts, Creative Industries, Sport, Heritage, Voluntary and Community sectors in Northern Ireland where job roles have been impacted by the pandemic.

The funding is creating employment opportunities for individuals to work in a recognised arts organisation, which will in turn support organisational and sectoral growth. The funded activity will take place between 1 April 2022 and 30 June 2025.

Students can search ‘Arts’ in MyFuture to find current opportunities.
