Physical health is the health and wellbeing of your body. This covers topics such as exercising, think about walking or cycling to class, joining a sports club (check out Active Campus for opportunities to get involved with social, recreational and physical activities), nutrition eating a balanced diet and avoiding excessive processed foods and sugary drinks. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water throughout the day. Sleep well aim for at least 7 hours a night. Manage stress, connect with friends, practice meditation, engage in your hobbies. *Please note that if you have an urgent health concern please call emergency services (999) or present to an emergency A&E department at Belfast Royal Victoria Hospital or Mater Hospital ‌
