This accredited course is designed to raise awareness, increase knowledge, and enhance understanding of mental health and well-being.
Participants will learn to recognize signs and symptoms of mental ill health, develop self-help and resilience tools, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and understand how to maintain positive mental and emotional health.
