Daniel Brice is a PhD student researching methods of enhancing user immersion in virtual environments through the addition haptic stimulation. His interests are in the development of these haptic systems, as well as techniques to objectively measure user immersion. The technologies he uses in the development of such systems include: Rethink Robotic’s Baxter robot, Leap Motion, HTC Vive, Microsoft HoloLens and UltraHaptics’ Evaluation Kit.
