Inspire the next generation of graduates
Host companies are invited to take up to 10 students for a one-day insight experience, with an opportunity to bring your industry to life and inspire students to explore careers and roles within your sector, and potentially with your company in the future.
Employer Insight Day differs from internships and placements in that the experience is informal and unpaid. The focus is on showcasing the company and its values with an opportunity for students to observe professionals in the workplace. Participating organisations can gain a real insight into student motivations and priorities when it comes to career planning and what they are looking for in a graduate role.
