Due to Covid-19, we have been unable to produce replacement parchments in the official hardcopy format. As restrictions continue this service is currently unavailable.

Companies requiring verification of your degree(s) can also submit a request on the Higher Education Degree Datacheck (Hedd) website - These will be processed as normal.

We can also issue degree verification letters which can be emailed to you. Alternatively we can send confirmation emails directly to the organisation requiring the verification. For degree verification letter or email request, please email with the following details:

  • Your student number, full name and date of birth;
  • An official company/institution email address requiring the verification (if you want us to email directly).

We will endeavour to process the request as soon as service resumes as normal.


How to Order Replacement Parchments - (service currently unavailable):

This service is only for replacement parchments. Replacement parchments can be obtained from Student Registry Services if the original parchment has been lost, at a cost of £25 per parchment.
