  • What's the difference between an "Original" and "Replacement" Parchment?

    Your original parchment will be issued to you when you graduate from the University. If you are due to graduate soon, important information will be emailed to your Queen's email address closer to the time. You can also check the Graduation website for updates. 

    If you have lost your original parchment issued to you, a replacement can be requested at a cost of £25 per degree.

  • How can I place an order for a Replacement Parchment?

    Replacement parchment service is now available. You can place your order here but please be mindful that processing times can be long and it may take some time before the parchment reaches you. We recommend that you place your order at minimum 4 weeks before you require the document.

    Please provide as much detail as possible within the additional comments section of your order to ensure we issue the correct degree parchment for you. The cost is £25 per each degree certificate.

  • Are there any other ways to prove my course status with the University?

    Companies requiring verification of your degree(s) can submit a request on the Higher Education Degree Datacheck (Hedd) website - These will be processed as normal.

    If you require us to confirm your degree or status at the University with another organisation/Institution, please provide us with their email address and we will be more than happy to send email verification.

    If they require something more official and you require a confirmation letter, you can request this here.
