Did you know it takes 21 days to make a new habit, or change an existing one? So, get involved with our 21-day campaign – with a twist!
From Monday 11 January to Sunday 31 January, we are hosting a number of events which will allow you to practice self-kindness, self-compassion, and learn how to motivate yourself in a healthy way. With the challenges of 2020, we need to be mindful of the goals we set ourselves, and be kind to ourselves.
Often, we set ourselves the right goals, but perhaps we set too many, or we are too strict with ourselves, or we stumble – resulting in feeling like a failure. Each of these feelings are normal, but can also be prevented. In other words, it's usually easier said than done.
With a new year, we often challenge ourselves to ‘reset’ and improve ourselves virtually overnight. But it takes time, patience, and education about how to practice the goals which are right for you!
How do you get involved?
Choose one realistic goal, unique to you, and which will improve your happiness, motivation, and fulfilment.
Sign up to one of our drop-in sessions below & we'll support you to co-create a plan which will help you to realise your goals, and achieve them!
