Queen’s Accommodation will be managing and selling all rooms for Swanston House and John Bell House. We are currently experiencing a temporary technical issue in showing these properties on our application form. We hope to have this rectified as soon as possible. Queen’s guarantees an offer of accommodation for the first year of study to undergraduate and postgraduate students who have applied by 30th June 2023. For further information on guarantees, view our Allocation Policy.

ELMS BT1

BT1 is an ideal choice if you’d like to live in the bustling City Centre, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but only 20 mins walk or a short bus ride from Queen’s main campus.

Elms BT2

BT2  is an ideal choice if you’d like to live in the bustling City Centre, close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but only 17 mins walk or a short bus ride from Queen’s campus.

Elms BT9

Elms BT9 is a student village, offering a range of modern, comfortable and secure accommodation just 15 mins walk or a short bus ride from Queen’s campus.

Willow Walk

Contemporary style accommodation, Willow Walk offers one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, as well as studio apartments just 15 minutes from Queen’s main campus.

College Gardens

You’re right at the heart of everything in College Gardens and just a two minute walk to Queen’s main campus and right beside some of the best restaurants and cafes in Belfast.

Grant House

Situated near Elms BT9, Grant House is a great location for those who want the convenience of being close to the centre of student life but with some independence. It’s just 10 minutes from Queen’s main campus.

Guthrie House

Suitable for first year and returning undergraduates, Guthrie House is ideal for medical students located in close proximity to the main University campus, the MBC and the City Hospital.

Mount Charles

Mount Charles is located just off Botanic Avenue, two minutes walk from Queen's main campus and right in the heart of one of Belfast’s most vibrant areas.

76 Malone Road

76 Malone Road is located next door to the Elms BT9 site and just a 15 mins walk or a short bus ride from Queen’s campus.
