Careers, Employability and Skills Showcase Semester 2

The Careers team will be in the Cube, One Elmwood with a Careers Showcase event on Monday 15 January from 11am - 2pm to tell you all about our plans for semester 2! 

Come along on the day and have an informal chat with our Careers team, grab some fabulous Careers merch and get future-ready in semester 2!

We also have pop-ups in the foyer of One Elmwood on various Mondays throughout the semester where you can hear all about that week's theme of the week. All information can be found on our Careers events page.

Join us this week when we will be introducing you to a range of career development initiatives geared specifically towards helping you nurture your early leadership skills.

Challenge Yourself Week

29 January - 02 February 2024

Challenge yourself to try something new, maybe take part in our annual Stock Market Challenge, open to all students, or sign up for a global opportunity to work or study abroad, or any of our upcoming Careers events.

05 - 09 February 2024

During this week we will be hosting our Spring Fair on 07 February in Mandela, South Dining & Whitla Hall, and also a Go Global showcase in the Cube.

Get Inspired week

12 - 16 February 2024

Get inspired to register for an upcoming Careers Programme, such as Women in Business at Queen's, our Future-Ready Skills International programme for international students, or our Future-Ready Skills Bitesize sessions.

Some lucky students will get a chance to take part in our popular Work Shadowing Week, where they will spend a day in a local organisation and gain insights into the workplace, observing  professionals in practice.
