Develop your self-acceptance and self-belief and learn to acknowledge your own agency.

Stop letting self-doubt hold you back.  Delivered over 4 half days, our  She Leads Programme for Women is designed to help you develop and acknowledge your potential as a confident leader. 

Discover your unique strengths, values and behaviours and develop your sense of agency as you learn to assert yourself, improve your communication style and limit self-doubt.   

Learn from Women Leaders and build a support network of like-minded peers as you set yourself goals and challenges and learn to take advantage of opportunity.

You are encouraged to attend all four sessions to get the most out of the programme.  

Attending all four sessions will also give you the opportunity to apply for the Future-Ready Award

This programme delivered over four sessions and runs in both semesters.

You do not need to attend all four sessions but if you do, you have an opportunity to apply for the Future-Ready Award.
