Telephone Switchboard: Telephone switchboard operators are available to handle calls and deal with general telecoms enquiries.

Hours Available: Monday to Thursday, 8:45am until 5:15pm and Friday, 8.45am to 5pm.

To contact the switchboard dial 0 from your extension or from outside Queen's 028 9024 5133.


Desktop Phones: If you have any enquiries about a desktop phone please raise a case via Site Help Desk

To request any of the following services:

  • a new line
  • an additional line
  • move an existing line
  • change the service on an existing line

please complete the Telecoms Request Form [log in as you would to QOL]. For advice and information please go to the Telecoms SharePoint site.

 ‌Mobile Phone Mobile Devices: For University business purposes some members of staff are provided with mobile devices (phones, smart phones, tablets, dongles)
