Service Description
Jamf is the University's Apple device management solution used to securely manage and deploy Apple devices enrolled via Apple School Manager which are QUB-managed and supports Macs, iPads, and other Apple devices issued to staff and students.
Jamf ensures that QUB Apple devices are automatically configured with the correct settings, security policies, and required applications. Devices remain up to date and compliant, while still allowing a seamless user experience tailored for education and research needs.

Support Hours
The Service is supported from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, except for holidays and key dates. Details of which can be found at http://www.qub.ac.uk/sites/StaffGateway/WorkingLife/Holidays/
Outside of agreed support hours, access to the Service may be affected due to system upgrades, maintenance etc.

Incidents and Service Requests will be responded to within the agreed timeframe. Please note that these response times refer to our normal supported hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00.
