Service Description

Help and support is available via service desks and roving support as well as via telephone, email and social media. Trained staff will answer all enquiries in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.

The Library service hours vary from Library to Library. Full details of opening hours can be found at http://go.qub.ac.uk/openinghours.

Support Hours

The Service is supported from 09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday, except for Public and agreed Queen’s holidays, details of which can be found at http://go.qub.ac.uk/HolidayDates.

Outside of Agreed Support Hours, access to the service may be limited.
